Continuing Education
The Veteran's Administration Hospital in Long Beach uses the Test&Train system as part of its employee continuing education program. The VHA's Employee Education department develops web based training sites on specific topics. VHA Employees are then directed to the training site and, when finished, linked to a TestandTrain site where they take a short quiz and complete a survey. Upon successful completion of the quiz, employees earn CEUs. The Test&Train system creates a text file of test results for importing into the VHA personnel system.

Before taking an assessment, employees are required to complete a brief on-line survey about the training site. Survey results are available immediately and the feedback from the survey reports enables trainers to quickly make any necessary changes the material.
