The Test&Train system offers a wide range of reporting options. Each system module produces reports based on individual results or aggregate information. Reports can be produced online or offline.

Testing Center
Individual Reports

  • Summary report - score and percentage score, date taken and time spent on test
  • Detailed report - displays questions, student's and the correct answer
  • Subjects report - Displays results based on question category (Questions must be categorized)

Aggregate Reports

  • Enrollment analysis - displays number of students enrolled and number of tests taken
  • Trainee activity - displays number of tests taken and pass fail quantities
  • Question analysis - displays each question and the number of students answering correctly and incorrectly

Training Center
The Training Center is designed for self-study. Available trainee information includes time spent and number of quizzes and practice tests taken. Administrators can view Training Center progress by logging in as the student.

Evaluation Center
Surveys can be anonymous or identifiable. If you choose not to make your survey anonymous, administrators can view survey responses for an individual.

The system also produces three reports that combine the responses of all survey takers.

  • Response summary report - displays responses for each survey question
  • Average response report - displays average response for each question
  • Free form response report - If your survey asked free response questions, each response is reported

Test results or survey data can be exported in text file format for further spreadsheet or statistical program analysis. Your organization's in-house system can connect to the Test&Train system and "pull" data by using the automated exports feature.

Customized reports can also be developed at extra cost.
